FirstWatch offers a sophisticated platform that provides near real-time access to public safety and public health performance data, as well as operational and clinical compliance metrics, conveniently through an iPad interface. This tool is relied upon by 911, EMS, Fire, Law Enforcement, and Public Health teams across the USA and Canada, enabling users to monitor various data streams—including CAD, ProQA, ePCR, RMS, and Hospital data—automatically and in real-time.

The ability to promptly identify and rectify issues enhances operational efficiency, conserves resources, and ensures that teams remain well-informed about their critical metrics.

This application is designed solely for authorized FirstWatch clients. Unauthorized users will not gain access to the system.

• Event Listing: Dynamically sized listings for every trigger dynamically adapted to relevance.
• Mapping: Visual representation of event locations using Apple maps; color-coded pins indicate compliance status.
• Quick-Access Function Keys: Quickly navigate to your FirstWatch Workspace or specific dashboards in your Safari browser.

Upon downloading the application, all subscribed triggers will be automatically loaded into the app, allowing users to customize their mobile dashboard as needed.
